By using this application, you agree to comply with the following terms of use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any important changes through the application or via email.

When using the application to complete sales of content or provide services, the user (merchant) agrees that the application will deduct 2% of the total value of each successfully completed sale/order as a commission in exchange for providing the platform, payment services, and technical support.

We are committed to providing a professional and serious environment for all users. Therefore, if a merchant or client cancels an order after confirming it, or fails to fulfill it without a valid reason, the application reserves the right to impose a financial penalty of up to 30% of the order value.

After an order is successfully completed, profits are transferred to the merchant's balance within the application. The user may request a withdrawal of their earnings, which will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Profits will not be disbursed until the order is completed and delivery is confirmed.

The application reserves the right to modify or update these terms and policies at any time. Users will be notified of any changes before they are applied, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration or purchase is used solely to complete transactions within the application and improve the user experience. We do not share your personal information with third parties except when necessary to complete payment or shipping processes. The application provides a notification service to keep you informed about your order status, exclusive offers, and any other updates. You can customize your notification settings within the application to enable or disable alerts based on your preferences.

The application is not responsible for any financial losses or damages arising from your use of the application or your inability to use it. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery or order processing due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technological system failures.

All intellectual property rights related to the application, including texts, images, logos, and symbols, are owned by us or our licensed entities. You may not use any part of the application's content for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from us.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of the application's services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party as a result of any modification or discontinuation of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Kingdom.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of any of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated information or data.
